Dubai Crown Prince inaugurates Dubai Boat Show 2019
Inaugurated by the Crown Prince of Dubai, HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Dubai Boat Show 2019 returned to Dubai with a big splash on Tuesday, February 26, 2019.
Celebrating its 27th anniversary, The Dubai Boat Show 2019 edition got underway at the Dubai Water Canal with an eye-catching fleet of more than 400 exhibitors and 800 brands and companies from over 60 countries across the world, showing off their products and services at this year’s show, from boats and yachts of all sizes to sailing and diving companies, aquatic high tech and
seafaring fashion.
The week-long show was home to a line up of more than 50 floating mansions, from leading marques including Amels, Feadship, Gulf Craft, Heesen, CRN, Benetti, Lurssen, Oceanco, San Lorenzo and Baglietto. In addition to the participation of sports and luxury cars including Bentley, Lotus and Mercedes and other companies such as Meraas and 100% Capri.
There was so much more taking place during the Dubai Boat Show 2019, including :
- Nikki Beach Lounge overlooking the Dubai Canal back by popular demand, featuring top tunes from the resident DJ, live acts, delicious bites and signature drinks.
- The Marine Art Gallery presenting sea-inspired art and culture works of a selection of renowned international artists and sculptors, including Andreas von Zadora-Gerlof, Vlastimil Beranek, Marmor Hotavlje and Jean Boulle Luxury.
- World-class Flyboard Championship and gravity-defying flyboarders with incredible skills soaring over the waves
and even more with the adrenaline-fuelled UAE International Aquabike Championship Race, the final of the Dubai Fishing Championship, the Dive MENA Expo including underwater photography experts and the Water Sports Village.
This year’s Dubai International Boat Show has offered a fun-packed programme of live music, entertainment, great food and shopping experience, so that we all live a little!
