All of the dishes on the Ramadan menu have been conceptualized and inspired by Al Maeda’s Chef Elias, head chef at Al Maeda Restaurant.
Chef Elias said: Ramadan is such a special time of year to enjoy the finest food with loved ones. We wanted to make sure our dishes were traditional with the addition of Mediterranean herbs so that they taste light and fresh.
The Al Maeda Lounge also offers an extensive shisha menu and features flavors created exclusively for the lounge that will help guests unwind and refresh after a long day of fasting.
The Al Maeda Ramadan Lounge is open Tuesday till Sunday from sunset until 3am throughout Ramadan.
