Suq restaurant and tent, which overlook the lush gardens at Jumeirah Beach, boast bright, joyful interiors and live cooking stations that awaken the senses (and appetite!) as guests step in.

The lamb ouzi, arayes and seabass sayadiah are stand out dishes, as well as the rainbow selection of kofta brimming with either cheese, mushroom, pistachio or eggplant to offer a modern twist to the traditional dish. Chef Yahya’s innovative Arabic sushi is always a special surprise too.
